As an offshore (parallel) incubation center for scientific and innovative enterprises and a window for foreign exchange and display of scientific and technological achievements of Guangdong Province, the "Sino-Belarusian Center" is located in the Sino-Belarusian "Great Stone" Industrial Park in Belarus. Sino-Belarusian Center serves as a bridge for cooperation and exchange between the scientific research teams of China and Belarus. At the same time, it provides supporting services and facilities to the incubated innovative technology enterprises. Sino-Belarusian Center carries out scientific and technological cooperation with the institutes under the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in four main fields, including new materials, advanced manufacturing, efficient agriculture and eco-environment. It promotes the research and development of relevant key technologies and the transformation of technological achievements, and continuously improves the level of scientific and technological innovation. It is an important initiative of the Provincial Academy of Sciences to build a comprehensive industrial technology innovation center, and plays an active role in promoting Guangdong's technology enterprises, products and projects to enter Europe and connect with the international market.
